    Documents Required
    The Documents Required for Schengen Tourist Visa are:

    • Application form 
    • Original Passport with minimum of 6 months validity
    • 2 Recent Passport Size Photos with White Background
    • Evidence of Legal Residence in India 
    • Travel Insurance with Medical Coverage of at least 30,000 Euro - Medical evacuation/repatriation must be covered
    • Covering Letter
    • Return Air Tickets
    • Hotel Vouchers
    • Day to Day Itinerary
    • Proof of Civil Status (Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Ration Card)
    • 3 months latest Bank Statement Attested by Bank Manager
    • Regular Income generation proof if applicable 

    Additional Documents Required:

      If Applicant is working as an employee:
      • Employment Contract 
      • 3 Months Pay Slip
      • No Objection Certificate from Employer
      • 2 Years Income Tax Return
      If Applicant is Self-Employed:
      • Copy of Business Licence in India
      • 3 months Attested Company Bank Statement (By Bank Manager)
      • 2 Years Income Tax Return

      If Applicant is Student:
      • Student ID Card
      • Can provide Parents latest Bank Statement attested by Bank Manager
      • No Objection Certificate from School/University

      If Applicant is Retired:
      • 6 months latest pension statement
      • Property Documents

      *Minumum of Rs. 2,00,000 account balance should be maintained by Applicant



    Photo Specification

    Photo Specification

    • Two identical photos. Not older than six months
    • Size 35mm X 45mm
    • In color. No black and white photos
    • Head should take 70% - 80% of the photo
    • Brightly colored background. No patterns
    • The Applicant should be looking straight at the camera with neutral facial expression
    • Avoid colors matching the background
    Fees

    The Visa Fees for a 6 month Schengen Tourist Visa is 8,000 per person


    The processing of visa applications will take at least 15 to 20 working days from the date of receipt of complete applications at the visa application center.
